Austin Achieve Public Schools (AAPS) is a tuition-free, open-enrollment public charter school district based in Austin, Texas. Founded in 2011, AAPS operates five campuses, including three elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school, serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade. The district is committed to closing the opportunity gap for underserved communities, particularly in East and Northeast Austin. AAPS focuses on providing a high-quality education through rigorous academics, including AP courses and STEM curricula, alongside social and emotional learning. The district employs restorative justice practices and offers a variety of extracurricular activities, including 19 sports programs, to prepare students for college and future success. With a diverse student population, AAPS aims to ensure that every student has the opportunity to excel academically and develop essential skills for a bright future.
