Berks Career and Technology Center (BCTC) is a leading career and technical education facility in Pennsylvania, established in 1968. It serves high school students in grades 10 to 12 and adult learners through two campuses located in Leesport and Oley. BCTC offers over 40 career programs across various fields, including healthcare, automotive mechanics, and construction, emphasizing hands-on training with modern equipment. The center operates a three-year accredited program and partners with local institutions like Reading Area Community College and Bloomsburg University. Students attend BCTC on a half-day basis while completing their academic courses at their home high schools. BCTC also provides adult continuing education programs and work-based learning opportunities for senior students demonstrating high competency. The institution is recognized for its commitment to quality education and has a 100% acceptance rate.
