The Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD) is the third-largest public school district in Wisconsin, serving between 18,000 and 22,000 students in the City of Kenosha, the Village of Pleasant Prairie, and the Town and Village of Somers. Established in 1967, KUSD operates 41 to 43 schools, including elementary, middle, high, charter, and choice schools.
