About the School
Bronx Engineering and Technology Academy (BETA) is a public high school located in the Bronx, established in 2004. The school aims to prepare students for college, careers, and leadership roles in engineering, technology, computer science, and design. BETA creates a nurturing and challenging learning environment, encouraging critical and creative thinking through engineering-focused problem-solving. BETA offers a comprehensive high school program for grades 9??2, featuring four years of coursework in math, science, technology, computer science, and engineering. The school includes an 8-semester Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathway and a New York State certified CTE architectural engineering program.
