About the School
Capital City Public Charter School is a public, nonprofit charter school located in Washington, D.C. It serves over 1,000 students from PreK-3 through 12th grade in a single building in Ward 4. Founded in 1999 by parents and teachers, it was the first parent-founded public charter school in the city.
