The Catasauqua Area School District is a public school district located in the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania. It serves the boroughs of Catasauqua and Hanover Township in Lehigh County, as well as North Catasauqua in Northampton County. As of the 2023??4 school year, the district has an enrollment of 1,485 students. The district operates three schools: Catasauqua High School for grades 9??2, Catasauqua Middle School for grades 5??, and Sheckler Elementary School for kindergarten through 4th grade. The district is committed to achieving educational excellence and promoting lifelong learning in partnership with the community. It has a diverse student body, with 60% minority enrollment and 70% of students identified as economically disadvantaged.
