Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy (HFCA) is a tuition-free, non-profit public charter high school located in Milwaukee, serving students in grades 9-12. Founded in 2004 by a group of local pastors and education reformer Dr. Howard Fuller, the school aims to nurture scholars who can transform their world by successfully navigating their college journey.
