About the School
KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools is a tuition-free, non-profit network of college-preparatory public charter schools located in Jacksonville, Florida. Established in 2010, it serves over 3,100 to 3,500 students from underserved communities in grades Kindergarten through 12 across four campuses. The network includes KIPP Bessie Coleman Academy, KIPP VOICE Academy, KIPP Impact Academy, and KIPP Bold City High School, the latter achieving a 100% college acceptance rate for its first graduating class. The schools focus on providing a rigorous college-preparatory education, emphasizing academic excellence and character development. They offer support services such as free transportation, nutritious meals, and specialized assistance for students with disabilities. The KIPP Forward Program helps high school students with college applications and ongoing support. KIPP Jacksonville is part of the national KIPP network, which educates nearly 125,000 students across the United States.
