Our World Neighborhood Charter Schools (OWNCS) is a nonprofit public charter school organization based in Astoria, Queens, New York. Established in 2001 by a group of parents, OWNCS operates a multi-campus system serving students from Kindergarten through 8th grade. The organization is authorized by the State University of New York and is recognized for its strong academic performance, ranking in the top 30% of schools in New York.
